Elkford is a beautiful town nestled in the Rocky Mountains of South eastern B.C. Founded in 1971 as a home for miners working at newly-established Fording Coal operations. Elkford has grown to its current population of nearly 3,000 residents and boasts some impressive recreation facilities, including the swimming complex this event uses. |
